PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We have recently undergone a reorganization that has opened up a lot of learning opportunities within the team, as roles and processes are shuffling to accommodate the changes. We are managing the workload as it is, but would be really great to be able to pull someone in to provide a helping hand, as well as a fresh perspective. This would also be a great learning opportunity for the individual, as the role would cover a variety of topics including reporting, monthly/quarterly accounting, field service and data analysis to a name a few.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Provide support to business controllers to help solve business tasks
Help to create forecasts and budgets
Prepare and analyze data and reporting
Support business controllers in the monthly closing process
Be involved actively in current projects
Support the team in day-to-day business
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student of a university, ideally in Accounting
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to easily get acquainted with new IT landscape
Good written and verbal language and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Show accountability and think analytically
Ability to work in a team
Systematic and effective approach to work
Previous experience in controlling and accounting would be a plus.
