Support SAP consulting, implementation partners and AGS in de-escalation and critical projects, especially on complex scenarios and cross product processes.
Drive and orchestrate the continuous improvement of SAP products and services, taking the product from validation to customer deployment.
Build communities of practice throughout the SAP ecosystem
Maintain close connection to all parts of the community, especially customers, solution and product owners, development, quality team, support, consulting, sales, and partners.
Review backlog of topics for knowledge enablement material and feedback/Beta projects. Recommend customers for these projects based on experience working with them in the field.
Lead projects to impact product via findings at customer sites. Ensure that findings are implemented into the product.
10 years’ experience with cross product projects.
Act as lead for advanced projects, working with development on solutions and product training.
