Purpose & Objective of Position

We are searching for a passionate Intern to add value to the HR Marketing & Enablement team as we deliver people programs.
Expectations & Tasks
Support development and execution of programs primarily within the HR organization focusing on change management, culture, and employee engagement.
Develop plans to enable and communicate programs to HR organization and broader change management community.
Review, edit and write blog posts, manage communications plan elements including internal social media platform content creation and execution of information sessions and workshops.
Support event planning and execution
Skills / Competencies
Understanding of social media platforms and blogs.
Video creation and video editing skills.
Writing (blogging etc.) and communication skills.
Program and project management
HR and Organizational Design knowledge
Working marketing knowledge and experience a plus
Research and analysis experience
Enthusiasm and professionalism
Power point skills
Self-driven and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent project management skills
