We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will plan and manage projects in scope for the execution of the alignment of acquired companies’ IT End-User and Infrastructure environments to the Global SAP IT environment. Under the guidance of the SMEs, you will combine technical skills with Project Management acumen to successfully lead small to medium Integration projects to completion.
In this role, you will interface internally with SMEs, and externally with counterparts in the acquired company and with various stakeholders within the SAP organization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Lead small to medium Integration Projects in the Client IT and Infrastructure area
Drive execution of strategy
Maintain constant alignment with Acquired Company Stakeholders
Perform Project Management and provide reporting to stakeholders. (Schedule, budget, risks, etc…)
1 to 5 years of working experience with proven track record in project management in IT related areas
Broad understanding of SAP’s strategy and organizational structure
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Networking (WAN/LAN) , Servers, Data Centers and IT Security)
Knowledge of IT Client area, mainly in the areas of Windows or IOS based devices, email, mobile devices, collaboration tools, printing, etc..
Experience working in datacenter/cloud/network environments, especially in context of Integration/Consolidation
University degree or similar education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Business informatics
Experience in managing IT projects.
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills; including written and verbal English
Drive for and focus on results and execution, solution oriented working style
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills.
