PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst for SAPs Income Tax team covering the US market. Drives on execution of policies and ensures compliance with relevant laws. Prepares tax returns and filing documents. Located at our corporate headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and review of Federal, multi-state and international tax returns and work papers

  • Preparation of quarterly income tax provision under ASC 740 and IAS 12

  • Assist Federal and multi-state income tax audits

  • Participate with acquisition related issues

  • Analyze income general ledger accounts

  • Assist with special projects as needed

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • B.S. in Accounting required

  • CPA or Master in Tax (MST) preferred

  • Multi-state income tax experience also a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 4 years tax provision/tax compliance experience

  • Proficient in MS Excel, OneSource Income Tax or other tax software, CCH and BNA research tools

  • Big 4 experience a plus, and/or medium to large corporate experience

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Competent in finance and accounting

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good work and social ethic
