Business Manager

  • this position requires a Top Secret or ISSA clearance upon application

  • Serve as point of contact for all business and finance related issues for all staff and contractors on the contract

  • Maintain accurate work and pay records for each of the independent contractors and employee staff

  • Monitor for accuracy all travel invoices for staff and independent contractors on numerous TDYs annually

  • Respond directly to COTR on all invoicing issues as well as forecast courses, TDY, and annual budget projections

  • Identify potential inconsistencies in client requirements

  • Review and submit PAE monthly invoices to client for billing purposes

  • Supervisor to the Financial Assistant and Scheduler

  • Develop Monthly Metrics and contract status report

  • Delivers Adhoc budget estimates at client request

  • Instruct independent contractors how to access the scheduling application and print monthly invoice

  • Serve as back up to the scheduler

  • Interact with IC's, staff and client on a daily basis

  • Manage multiple changing priorities while effectively meeting established deadlines

  • Fundamentals of Accounting (Deltek Applications)
