​Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • this position requires a Top Secret or ISSA clearance upon application

  • Forecast client course requirements up to a year

  • Optimize the capabilities of the scheduling tool to match requirements with available independent contractors

  • Interacts daily with independent contractors, staff, and client to ensure all scheduling needs are met

  • Schedules a large pool of independent contractors to meet all customer requirements at 100%

  • Ensures all requirements are scheduled at minimum three months out

  • Instructs ICs in the use of the program scheduling tool

  • Meets with Client weekly to go over the forecast and to de-conflict any future scheduling issue

  • Ensures that Client exercises run smoothly - preventing, and/or ameliorating issues as they arise

  • Front line problem solver

  • Keeps PM informed of all scheduling issues

  • Communicates directly with Course Directors and Instructors to receive and clarify daily requirements and relay the necessary feedback to effected personnel

  • Maintain RP database updating profiles as required for skills development and capabilities
