The Program Director, Digital Products is responsible for leading and scaling Planned Parenthood’s OAS product, leveraging not only digital product ownership expertise but also a knack for communicating effectively with various audiences across the federation. Along with a combination of internal and external management and development resources, the Director will ensure that the OAS product provides strategic value to its users and to PPFA’s affiliates. In addition, the Director will work collaboratively with teams at the PPFA national office and across affiliates, to launch and scale OAS with health centers.


  • Manage relationship with online scheduling vendor to ensure clarity and alignment around their roadmap, priorities, and strategy of program.

  • Create and manage product roadmap to include product enhancement requests from affiliates, the national office, donors; create documentation of requirements for product enhancements.

  • Socialize detailed program performance information to various audiences within the Federation, including the development team.

  • Present product updates to any type of audience, including quarterly presentations for ACEC tech meetings, donor meetings, board meetings, and national conference.

  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff, including PPFA senior leadership, affiliate CEOs, PPFA stakeholders, PPFA Board, and donors.

  • Regularly monitor OAS product data, use data to make product decisions and recommendations, and identify areas where data can be used to answer business questions.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and help team focus on the highest priorities with a positive attitude.

  • Manage and oversee OAS budget.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5-8 years of growing related experience.

  • Experience developing and executing campaign plans, including internally focused marketing efforts.

  • Experience developing and managing against a budget.


  • You're a leader and comfortable making decisions.

  • The desire and ability to create clarity and vision with little or no direction.

  • You know what people are asking, what they need to know, and how they best digest information.

  • The perspective to think through the big picture, the vision to chart out the strategy, and the fortitude to push through the logistics.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation, an eager learner who is always interested in trying new ways of getting things done.
