Analyst, Business Analysis


The Workforce Analytics function is responsible for developing, documenting, maintaining and ensuring and understanding of MasterCard€™s standards and definitions related to human capital metrics to enable consistency and promote data integrity in reporting across the global organization.

This position focuses on timely and accurate reporting of workforce metrics, including but not limited to the governmental filings, bi-annual workforce audits, and yearly analytics associated with external surveys.

Ensures the preparation of accurate, reliable, and timely workforce reporting and analyses in accordance with MasterCard€™s headcount standards, definitions and control processes.

Reviews workforce, headcount and other key human capital information for accuracy and reliability. Partners with the People Services/GBSC-HR service center/Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure that transactions are being properly processed to enable accurate and timely reporting.

Identifies training needs for the supported population to ensure accountability and understanding of the data and ability to effectively inform related to business decisions.

Leads development and implementation of process improvements to workforce reporting to improve operational efficiency and quality of output.

Relationship management: partner across the function, primarily within the Diversity organization. Drive collaboration and influence teams to embed HR metrics standards across MasterCard

All About You:

Bachelor degree required

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Solid technical skills combined with sound business acumen and keen financial and analytic ability

Very strong Excel skills required
