We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Document Support Specialist Imaging Department. These roles are fast-paced, and challenging positions that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with dedication.

On a day-to-day basis here is what our Document Support Specialist 1 will be called to provide:

Operational support activities to include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business. Product management includes expanding Operations capabilities for new products and services. The job family facilitates alignment of the operations support infrastructure with focused technologies and processes. Includes user acceptance testing and platform rollouts. Individuals in this job family serve as liaisons between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients. This job family would also include support activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts.


  • Verify receipt of all documents received and check for accuracy and completeness.

  • Records duties include archiving/storage, retrieval, and reconciling documents as received.

  • Imaging duties include setup, document preparation and scanning documents into database and returning electronic files to appropriate business lines.

  • Resolves moderately complex issues and escalate as required.

  • May support one or two business lines in a single system or multiple portfolios (records retention).

  • Prepares documents for review within established procedures while meeting quality standards.

  • Monitor daily work lists and queues to process work within set time constraints.


Must be able to work one of these schedules:

Monday- Friday - 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 pm.

Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Monday – Friday 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday - 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Full-time only.
