Document Support Specialist 2
Individuals in this job family are involved in providing day-to-day operational support. Activities include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business. Product management includes expanding Operations capabilities for new products and services. The job family facilitates alignment of the operations support infrastructure with focused technologies and processes. Includes user acceptance testing and platform rollouts. Individuals in this job family serve as liaisons between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients. This job family would also include support activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts.
Perform Document Support Specialist 1 duties plus: Resolves moderately complex issues and escalates to the appropriate parties as required. Supports multiple business lines in multiple systems with a range of products/services. Ensures all documents that require follow-up with clients, modifications, or legal review, are completed within established procedures and timeframes; which may include verification of collateral in conjunction with credit approvals. As required, serve as contact for funding, booking, legal, and records management departments. Verifies customer packages before distribution to customer and provides assistance with ad hoc reporting and address escalated issues. Monitors workflow processes to ensure coordination for team assignments. Performs quality checks and assists with gathering of information used for management reporting. As required, produces complex loan/trade documents upon request. As required, provide training to new hires and/or lower level team members. Assist with other special projects as assigned.
