  • Responsible for performing various complex DDA postings with exceptional accuracy

  • Activities may consist of, but are not limited to: check investigations, financial entries, financial reporting and financial reconciliation

  • Perform complex account investigations and issue/outstanding item resolution, completing within 24 hours

  • Perform risk control; identify potential fraud and self-assessment duties, as assigned

  • May generate: general ledger journal entries, data entry to accounts Specialty functions: expense control, data control, projects testing, meeting audit and compliance expectations

  • Provide feedback to management

  • Interact with internal departments to resolve moderately complex problems

  • Serve as subject matter expert for team supported and attends meetings/conference calls as required

  • Make decisions within established procedures that balance the needs of the employee, company and customer

  • Work with limited supervision to perform job duties

  • Demonstrate technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards, which are well defined

  • Understand how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrate knowledge of applicable software and/or systems

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to identify performance and training needs of staff and provide appropriate feedback and coaching

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to meet established performance and quality standards

Hours will be 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM


High school diploma or GED required. Prior work experience in a related job that would provide a basic knowledge activities, policies, and procedures of the work area. Excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable software and/or systems.
