Responsible for project management, operations and production strategies of acquisition marketing campaigns for multiple marketing channels-mail, print, digital, in branch/in store collateral, events. Responsible for ad hoc acquisition project work not related to marketing campaigns. Coordinate work with multiple marketing teams and business units across the Consumer Banking Group. Responsible for determining needs of campaigns/projects and working with respective teams to ensure timely completion. Follow established processes and create new ones when needed; ensure accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, quality control, and cost management on all productions.
Serve as project manager, consultant and production resource on marketing campaigns and projects for multiple marketing teams and business units across the Consumer Banking Group in order to achieve established goals and objectives.
Lead implementation and production of variety of channels-mail, print, digital, in branch/in store collateral, events.
Be the subject matter expert on assigned channels/segments across the organization and work closely with counterparts.
Develop campaign production plan, mapping documents, campaign set-up, set up promotion codes and offer codes.
Execute campaign productions following established processes, procedures and timelines.
Provide input to cross-functional teams to enhance team effectiveness; identify and recommend opportunities and provide input on the enhancement of technology, systems, policy and procedures to be best in class.
Ensure vendor management standards and practices; manage internal and external vendors thru campaign productions, meeting performance expectations.
Ensure accuracy and quality control, through proofing, press checks, vendor audit procedures, approvals and sign-offs.
Manage unit cost and reporting for campaign productions; influence cost management and expense reduction through production efficiency and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with peers and management to maintain Service Level Agreements.
Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships across internal teams and external vendors
Ensure legal and compliance standards for bank policy, laws, regulations; understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML program.
10%-15% travel to vendors may be required as needed.
Bachelors Degree and related work experience preferred.
3-5 years Project Management experience preferred.
3-5 years Marketing operations and production environment experience preferred.
Marketing production experience--mail, print, digital, in branch/in store collateral, events.
Microsoft Office Software - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Demonstrated skill in project management, cost management, process management.
Strong experience in quality control practices-proofing, press checks, vendor audits.
Self-starter acting with high level of accountability and ownership.
Ability to prioritize production workload, work diligently, organized, detail-oriented.
Independent decision maker; good at situational analysis.
Able to act with urgency and follow thru in sometimes stressful situations for problem identification/resolution.
Experience in consulting and relationship building with internal and external teams and vendors.
Effective communication skills --written, verbal, consulting, presentation.
