A CSR provides full administrative support to packaging direct sales as the primary customer contact for administering day to day account activity while building and maintaining excellent company-customer relationships. This is accomplished by earning customer trust and confidence through taking great care of their

orders and interests. The CSR serves as the primary internal contact regarding customers questions and issues, coordinates decisions that affect company operations (e.g. inventory management orders) and communicates those decisions to the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and expedite all aspects of order entry processes for internally produced andbuyout orders.

  • Process orders promptly and accurately

  • Clearly communicate special instructions

  • Provide requested samplesand any necessary changes to them. o Provide customer approvedcopy, color and sample for job box. o Monitor customer graphicand proof status.

  • Minimize late ordersby monito1ing job status and communicating any problems and changes to plant personnel, Sales Reps and to customers.

  • Learn customers packaging needs and preferences and meet or exceedthem through timely,accurate

and professional communication internally and to the customer.

  • Finished goods inventory:

o Process releases timely

o Provide current inventory status reportsto customers on a regularbasis.

o Monitor overrun and aged inventory; inform customer of inventory exceeding storage period; advise

direct sales when necessary.

o Work with shipping department to resolve any inventory discrepancies

  • Provide promptand accurate customercommunication and facilitate quick solutions to problems.

  • Liaison between and among sales, design,customer service, production and customers

  • Provide accurateand reliable information pertaining lo the customer's specifications through all phases of estimating, order entry,production and shipping/inventory.

  • Complete and maintainall required paperwork, records, documents,etc.

  • Other dutiesas assigned.
