NEW BUSINESS COORDINATOR / OFFICE MANAGER
One of Omaha's leading insurance brokers focused on Medicare solutions, long-term care insurance, life insurance and annuities is looking to add a motivated and an enthusiastic individual to their ever growing team. This individual must have a passion for customer service and a passion to manage a growing and rewarding team. Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus!
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Over sight of the New Business Department’s daily operations.
Developing, implementing and improving processes, procedures and activities to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality and overall profitability.
Working with internal marketing staff, home offices and agents to resolve delivery/system/quality issues for positive outcomes.
Successfully managing a team
