Responsibilities of the office manager include:
-Answering phones and screening and directing them to the right person
-Take and relay messages
-Provide schedule availability and pricing to customers and potential customers
-Administrative and clerical support to the office
-Support dispatch with daily routing assignments and adjustments
-Prepare correspondence(email,letters, memos)
-Organize meetings, conferences, company events
-Preparing proposals and contracts for sales team
Requirements for this office manager include:
-Associate's Degree or higher
-4 years of experience
-Ability to solve complex problems
-Fantastic customer service skills
