What YOU Do:

  • Shape and influence the overall digital strategy and roadmap

  • Focus on ensuring that a customer-first approach is brought to life

  • Build strong partnerships with key strategic stakeholders, including project lead and vendors

  • Work with key stakeholders within, and outside of Digital to translate complex customer and technology challenges and opportunities into meaningful business stories

  • Act as the single point of contact and owner of the activities for your product portfolio

  • Advocate for and drive digital adoption throughout our organization

  • Act as a customer experience and digital advocate and demonstrate passion and dedication to optimizing the end-to-end customer experience

  • Drive and support the synthesis of key communications and presentations

  • Support the optimization of customer flows and business outcomes while maintaining the agility needed to respond to future customer and business needs

  • Support the delivery squads in improving velocity and speed to market

What YOU Bring:

  • Experience in a Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting environment, with experience/exposure to digital strategy or experience in a strategic and digital/customer-focused role, ideally within the Communications or High Tech industries

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in political or high-pressure situations

  • Demonstrated experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams

  • Ability to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges with enthusiasm

  • Experience navigating and partnering with a large and diverse stakeholder mix

  • Ability to develop and articulate succinct business rationale supporting recommendations

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills - ability to understand diverse audience and tune message, generate storyboard, develop materials, and communicate effectively to stakeholders

  • Strong desire to roll your sleeves up and get things done

  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and take charge of difficult situations

  • Hunger to explore uncharted territory that would complement the digital strategy efforts
