Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant provides general office and bookkeeping support.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Process basic accounting functions like entering bills and deposits
Assist with invoicing and collections
Maintain Vendor Relationships
Review and approve time sheets
Assist with order processing and purchasing
Assist with travel plans / booking
Answer and route incoming telephone calls
Screen and route incoming mail, including daily retrieval from the Post Office
Provide service dispatch by taking client calls/tickets and assigning to correct department
Compose and prepare correspondence, including e-mail and faxes as required
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Organize and maintain electronic records
Provide assistance with Human Resources paperwork as required
Send sales materials to prospects
Receive deliveries and process outbound shipments
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Prior bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail.
Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets preferred.
Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
Willingness to develop professionally.
Ability to work with independently and in a team.
Reliable transportation required
