Bayer Professional Sales Consultant-Radiology Contrast in Orlando, Residence Based, Florida
Your tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
• Sell Bayer products for profit. Meet or exceed financial goals set for the territory. • Utilize effective sales tools and suggest process improvement initiatives. • Call on new and existing accounts to identify and create opportunities utilizing the Bayer sales process: • Earn the right by establishing credibility • Qualify the opportunity by assessing the customer needs • Establish and meet buying influences and criteria by providing solutions/recommendations via Bayer products and services • Gain commitment and implement our products and services • Maintain and expand Bayer business and customer satisfaction levels through customer enhancement programs and resources administration. • Maintain accurate and up to date database of accounts in Salesforce • Prepare and submit reports. • Manage field expenses and evaluate profit margin. • Attend key exhibits and conventions to evaluate new applications/competitors. Gather information on competitors and their strategies. • Remain knowledgeable of Bayer product enhancements and attend product training.

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of sales or equivalent customer experience. • Experience with budgeting, sales planning, and territory account management. • Experience in Radiology and/or hospital selling is preferred. • Valid Driver's license required • Demonstrated technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft applications. • Excellent verbal, written, listening and persuasion/consensus building skills. • History of exceeding goals and quotas. • Strong customer focus internally and externally. • Strong drive for results • Possess strong integrity, trust, ethics and values. • Action oriented with perseverance. • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Strong problem solving skills. • Approximately 30% over night travel is required. • Experience with budgeting, sales planning and territory account management. • Excellent technical aptitude.
The territory will include Northern Florida and part of Georgia. The ideal candidate will live in the Orlando/Jacksonville, Florida geography.
