EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication:
Accountability: Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
Complexity: Complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects); Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future; design and strategy; Enhance complex systems/processes
Experience: Advanced technical or business or project skills relevant for job
Communication: Represents SAP to customers; Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
The Data Center Senior Coordinator secures the operation of the Data Center and organizes and coordinates the operation of the Data Center and acts as contact person for complex problems.
Creates Data Center processes and ensures adherence to them
Responsible for the operation of Data Center
Second contact and dispatcher for Incident Management
Responsible for the creation of and adherence to processes in Data Center (Asset Management, Incident Management, Access control and administration, Server Lifecycle, Datacenter capacity management)
Coordinates contact for global Data Center Issues
Monitor and control Managed Service providers/ contracts
Has broad knowledge of content/products in market/industry/functional area and is able to adapt new changes/practices in the following areas:
Experience in operation of large Data Center
Knowledge of Data Center processes
English verbally and written
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
Identifies weaknesses of content/products in market/industry/functional area early and proactively develops work-arounds and solutions.
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field
