Role Description:

The University team focuses on intern and early talent experience specific to SAP iXp, SAP’s Internship Experience Project. Our primary goal is to attract, develop and retain the next generation of SAP. This University Team supports multiple lines of business within the SAP family working closely with HR business partners and educational institutions to ensure we’re hiring top talent and driving innovation within the business.

Who you are:

  • Strategically plan and coordinate iXp’s summer internship program that includes:

  • Keeping content fresh, relevant, and engaging for interns

  • Gathering and incorporating participant feedback for best-in-class experience

  • Partnering with business leaders to promote iXp’s brand and value proposition; ultimately influencing intern conversion rate to full-time hires

  • Securing and negotiating meeting space, speakers, and facilitators as necessary

  • Maintain and expand an annual events calendar; partner with appropriate industry, leadership sponsors, alumni, and former interns for university event attendance and recruiting

  • Maintain an event budget

  • Creatively build out early talent course curriculum for a 10-week program. Including but not limited to both hard and soft skill curriculums

  • Act as point of contact for all intern related business needs

  • Workforce planning to ensure conversions from intern to full time

  • Building out efficient onboarding and off boarding processes for internship

  • Coordinate recruiting activities for sub-Area/Business Unit internship programs

  • Ability to travel during high volume recruiting seasons

  • In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also:

  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates for summer & off-cycle internship roles, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives

  • Support University recruiting events

  • Utilize the applicant tracking system and LinkedIn to capture all recruiting activity

  • Work with senior members of the recruiting team to establish a consistent global recruiting approach

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Arts or Business related degree or related field

  • 1 or more years of recruiting or HR related experience

  • 1 or more years corporate Events or Marketing experience

  • 1 or more years working in a global/international environment

  • A strong understanding of what customer experience means

  • Has experience in creative content creation

  • Has experience and comfortable interacting with senior level executives.

  • Solid project management skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic workplace

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to travel during peak seasons
