Quality Control Manager -- Pensacola, FL


The QCM will have six or more years of supervisory experience in quality assurance.

The QCM will have three or more years of leadership experience.

The QCM will have experience working with quality system management, quality control, quality assurance, performance measurement, statistical analysis and statistical process control.

The QCM will have experience working with computer operations, scheduling software, and other related technologies.

The QCM will have experience working with testing methodologies.

Job Functions

The QCM will have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract are met.

The QCM will perform problem management and escalation to support staff and management using established policies and procedures.

The QCM will develop relationships and interface directly with customers , analyze customer concerns and issues and address issues appropriately and promptly.

The QCM will prepare and/or review records and reports and recommend changes to quality control standards to improve efficiency.

The QCM will research and evaluate operations technologies in order to help establish their potential use and test new and modified programs or work routines.

The QCM will recommend and/or initiate the selection and hiring of employees to enhance their performance , development and work product and address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions including salary increases, transfers and terminations to the manager.

The QCM will recommend measures to improve processes, employee performance, and quality of service provided to the customer.

The QCM will establish or adjust work procedures to meet task schedules using personal knowledge of capabilities of supervised staff.

The QCM will interpret company policy and act as an advisor for subordinates and ensure adherence to policy and request exceptions based on business/employee needs as appropriate.

The QCM will possess the ability to work in a team environment.

The QCM will possess the ability to develop presentation and decision briefing material.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor"s degree in information systems, engineering, science, business administration or related field preferred.

DOD experience.
