Description:
Judge Healthcare is seeking a Director of Finance for a premier Healthcare Organization in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will possess a B.S. in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) and will be responsible for the strategic financial planning and financial direction of this firm including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates knowledge of financial of Medicare, Part D, Medicaid and PACE.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accounting (CPA) License preferred.

B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.

Five to Seven years of progressively responsible management experience in financial management and strategic financial planning of healthcare services.

Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is required.

Experience in health care is required, Home Health is preferred.
