Salt River Project is recruiting for a college student to work part-time in the GIS/CAD Services department. Students are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 college credit courses per semester.
The selected candidate will assist with the testing and deployment of custom Smallworld and/or ESRI GIS solutions.
College level coursework (100+) will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Preferred skills include familiarity with the following :
General GIS or CAD experience (ESRI, Autocad, or similar)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Experience with any of the following is a plus :
Software development tools and languages
Software testing tools & processes
