Software Test Engineer

Recommends and evaluated alternative solutions and makes objective recommendations that affect multiple feature areas.
Responsible for team management in analysis, design, and development of the test and project plans.
Assist with the classification, management and resolution of all software defects.
Manage outward and inward communication of testing with DM, including risk and quality metrics
Architects test case automation development
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Post Mortems for continued process improvements
Complete Project health reporting
Be involved in all phases of Software Development life
Expertise with in agile and waterfall delivery
Strong Automation skill on Selenium/Webdriver
Excellent communication skills (communicating effectively and accurately)
Ability to ramp up quickly
Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.
Minimum of 4-6 years of job related QA experience. Must possess a strong interest in technology and its advancement. Interpersonally, must be able to immediately gain credibility with the programmers he is working with by being an effective and tactful oral communicator, remaining ethical and honest and understanding the application he is testing. An astute sensitivity to detail is required, noticing not only what there is but also what there is not. Additionally, candidates possessing a high level of customer service and a drive to perform exceptional work. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Must have the ability to work independently, in a team, and to interact successfully with project staff.

Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, mathematics, engineering or the equivalent in experience.
