- Client Service Manager*
The Client Service Manager serves as a senior member of the team servicing CenterSquare's clients and managing relationships across the firm.
The position oversees a team of client service associates in the completion of performance, attribution and investment commentary reporting, ensuring the accuracy and expediency of client deliverables and the quality of the firm's reporting across platforms.
The position also oversees the accurate completion of client questionnaires, RFPs, and consultant databases, and produces client meeting presentations, market research and other ad hoc responses to client requests.
The position is also involved in new client onboarding in conjunction with operations and compliance.
The position reports to the Global Head of Client Service and Marketing.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience and understanding of listed strategy performance and attribution and has experience interacting with large institutional clients.
Strong communication skills, project management skills, attention to detail, good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, and knowledge of the broad financial markets are required.
10+ years of experience in the investment management industry is preferred.
