PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Finance & Application Innovation Center in Potsdam is a young and dedicated group with the mission to create innovative and potentially breakthrough software solutions for high value, strategic customers in the area of Finance. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with customers. Our development approach is user-centric, applying different methods (such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile Development) within short project cycles.
You are a well-structured person who is passionate about working on administrative tasks as well as organizing events? If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you! In our young and growing team at the Application Innovation Center in Potsdam you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of Co-Innovation Office as well as the different project teams of the unit.
If you live in Berlin, you should know that there is a shuttle for SAP employees running from Berlin to Potsdam and back every day!
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your job would entail supporting our project teams in one or more of the following tasks:
Supporting managerial administrative tasks (for example, travel bookings, calendar management, meeting preparation)
Event organization support and coordination (for example, room bookings, catering reservations, venue scouting, travel, logistics)
General office administration and organizational tasks
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business Studies or related fields
Computer skills: Advanced MS Office
Language skills: Advanced English and fluent German
Soft skills: Strong team working and communication skills
Others: reliable, pro-active, open-minded
