Global consumer products manufacturing company located in the Monmouth County area has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Manager. The duties of the Supply Chain Manager include but are not limited to- -Collaborating with cross-functional personnel, both domestic and global, to ensure alignment of key strategic objectives. -Investigate customer issues and provide solutions. -Oversee a team performing, planning, customer service and expediting. -Must be able to develop relationships and interface with senior level supplier representatives. -Analyze data and statistics and develops monthly reports and KPI's. -Works with plant controller to develop forecast model based on customer information, production trends, production capacity and historical data. -Assume ownership of functional deliveries supporting KPI goals and internal operational reviews. -Isolate and identify areas of continuous improvement. -Accountable for overall performance and quality of the operations supply base including proactively mitigating risks to the operation. -Establish, maintain, and develop a high performing staff of supply management professionals responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance feedback and coaching.
