A SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Senior Specialist (Presales) interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.


  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and help define the sales strategy

  • Compose and deliver unforgettable presentations

  • Develop and deliver mesmerizing demonstrations

  • Present the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer to a diverse range of stakeholders (from IT to executives)

  • Support sales deliverables including RFIs, RFPs and marketing events


  • 5 years of Presales, Sales or Consultancy experiences with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions or equivalent

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German

  • Proficient in English

  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
