Title: Instructional Systems Designer/Consultant

Key Role:
Develop and deliver instructor-led, Web-based, and virtual courses in various intelligence related topics. Develop course materials and detailed lesson plans. Work closely with subject matter experts to deliver substantive intelligence curriculum development for adult and corporate learning programs, training courses, seminars, and workshops.
Basic Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with designing and developing instructor-led training, using instructional design methodology and adult learning principles
-2 years of experience with IC training development projects
-2 years of experience with developing and teaching open source intelligence-related courses -Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
-Ability to travel if necessary
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree required
-Professional Certification as a course developer or instructor as qualified by successful completion of university or government training programs
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Web-based training
-Experience with delivering professional services to the federal government
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in Education or Instructional Technology a plus
