Team Lead Discrepancy Analysis

This s full time opportunity working, Monday, Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The Team Lead assists the Logging Manager with the training of the logging department and performs daily discrepancy account analysis to resolve logging issues.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Helps to manage and maintain the Managed Care insurance payment discrepancy processes

  • Provides ongoing training and education to staff to ensure that policies and procedures are followed

  • Meets with the Manager regularly to effectively communicate and resolve any insurance payment issues and prioritize goals and improve processes

  • Assists with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards

  • Responsible for monitoring the time keeping system

  • Assists in hiring, training and counseling

  • A good working knowledge of Excel is required

  • Previous Supervisory experience is preferred

  • Assists with the approval process of refunds

  • High school diploma or GED required


  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • At least one year of logging-related experience required

  • A good working knowledge of Excel is required
