Your tasks and responsibilities
•Actively participate in the continuous business planning process (modular relay process, strategic planning process). Plan, develop, customize, and conduct strategic presentations •Adapt and execute health and wellness and regimen programs/solutions with customers. Drive ongoing identification of customer and/or channel shopper insight issues and opportunities with team; coordinate with HQ Support; •Identify category and brand business opportunities based upon retailer and shopper insights. Develop category reviews, conducts planogram development, and actively participates in and support “test and learn” category and department concepts with customers. Provide retailer's department, category, brand, and initiatives with analytical support; •Mine customer POS data and panel data and information for new opportunities and in support of existing initiatives/actions; •Convert analytical facts into actionable insights and solutions; •Conduct ongoing retail controllable score carding analysis and evaluation/recommendations versus best practices; •Conduct ongoing category reviews and analyses; •Monitor and track competitive activity, new item performance, shopper engagement activity; •Utilize customer data, information, and resources for ongoing analyses; •Provide and conduct ongoing ad hoc analytical support.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:
•Knowledge equivalent to BA/BS degree required (MBA a plus) with minimum of 8 years’ experience in a variety of disciplines including but not limited to financial analysis in business plans development; •Previous experience with multiple channel sales development; •An understanding of customer service, logistics, and overall retail operations; •CPG/OTC industry experience required, with a minimum of 6 years in sales and/or marketing roles; •Strong communications skills, both oral and written that allow for clear and concise presentations; •A solid critical thinking platform with the ability to problem solve utilizing financial analysis while streamlining processes; •Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment by providing feedback for decision making; •Strong negotiation, planning and process management skills; •Highly detail oriented individual ability to work in a dynamic/cross functional environment; •Preferred: Previous Walmart Advisor experience. Seasonal experience a plus.
