Overview\n\nThe Intesa Sanpaolo Account Management Team supports the development, marketing and sale of Mastercard range of products with the largest Italian bank, to achieve specific business goals that jointly drive market share, volume, and revenue growth.\nWe deliver customized payment solutions and comprehensive consulting support, while leveraging Mastercard€™s strong brand, technology, products and services, to generate strong bottom line results to Intesa Sanpaolo.\nWe are looking for an individual who will work within the team on day to day account management activities, to identify Intesa Sanpaolo€™s needs and oversee the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs as well as the needs of Intesa Sanpaolo€™s customers.\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAnalyse customer€™s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.\nDevelop and implements sales plans including business development, marketing and product management, to enhance customer profitability.\nResearch, identify and develop potential new business opportunities and present them to Intesa Sanpaolo€™s management. Leverage and drive Mastercard resources in the process of identification and execution of such opportunities. \nExpand and deepen relationships between Mastercard and Intesa Sanpaolo across all areas functions (core products, digital, operations, labs, CRM, commercial and business development).\nIn partnership with Management, contribute to developing business plans and take responsibility for implementation.\n\nExperience\n\nUniversity degree (ideally Economics or Management Engineering), preferably with MBA\nExperience in a sales/commercial environment, interacting with strategic customers and closing new business\nAbility to work in a complex and changing environment that requires both flexibility and creativity to succeed\nDeep understanding of current marketplace and market research to anticipate how Mastercard products and solutions can help drive our strategic partnership\nFluent in Italian and English, spoken and written\nRegular trips to Milan and Turin are required on a weekly base for this role\n\n\n*LI-KV1
