  • To address requirements of customers in the SAP CRM area, including On-Premise and C4C

  • Application specific solution consulting (creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

  • Support in escalated projects

  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews

  • Support of pre-sales activities


  • Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader

  • Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

  • Detailed planning of process implementation

  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements

  • Develop and Assure quality of process models

  • Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

  • Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines

  • Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager

  • Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

  • Willingness to learn new solutions (like hybris Commerce, hybris Billing and hybris Marketing)

  • Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs


  • University degree or equivalent

  • Well developed customer focus

  • Good Presentation and communication skills

  • Fluent English language

  • Good command on Spanish language

  • SAP Certification/Professional Certification

  • CCtr, TPM, RTOM or Loyalty solution knowledge is plus

  • Master Data / Middleware knowledge is desirable

  • Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)


  • Minimum six years consulting experience in SAP CRM

  • Has experience with minimum of five full cycle SAP CRM implementations

  • ABAP knowledge is plus


  • Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader

  • Acts as a coach for colleagues
