Key Role Responsibilities:

  • The business AOP for FY16 is US$20M

  • To define the GBU’s main COT’s;

  • To manage annual budget;

  • To lead the STI business development inBrazil by planning and executing successfully the sales marketingstrategy and achieving all expected results;

  • Four (4) direct reports and 23headcounts in the whole structure

  • To plan sales strategies to build asustainable and profitable business;

  • To guarantee implementation of thosestrategies for all products in the line in compliance with Medtronic policiesand ethics;

  • To establish sales targets and guaranteethey are achieved (amount and margin);

  • To evaluate and define proper structureto deliver results;

  • To work with all related areas (Supply,Regulatory, Gov Affars, HR, etc) to guarantee the business flow and results;

  • To build and main strategic relationshipwith internal KAM and KDM;

  • To understand the business and know theclients in order to guarantee partnership andclient satisfaction;

  • To develop the team by: guaranteeingeffective communication, feedback and coaching;defining clear targets; leading initiatives to enable effective performance;

  • Understands the impact of currentmedical jurisprudence on customer’s businesses and their buying decisions;

  • Understands legislation with regard topatent privacy within the industry and understands how decisions affectproducts and market.


Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economy or related. Master degree desired.

Advanced English

Job Eexperience

7+years of experience in Marketing Sales

3+years of experience in team management

Proven experience in creating and implementing strategic planning

Proven understanding of the medical device arena and local healthcare system requirements.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills are a must to be effective in a matrix organization and with customers.
