•The Center of Expertise (CoE) in Saint-Petersurg, is a subdivision of SAP Digital Business Services, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP customers.


•As a Support Engineer, you will analyze complex SAP landscapes for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. It includes technical & infrastructure analysis as well as architecture support of Customer projects.

•For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role. ◦You will get hand-on experience of:

◦Business process implementation analysis

◦Data consistency analysis

◦Solution architecture analysis

◦System performance optimization

•This role provides you opportunities to work with innovative new solutions including SAP HANA in-memory real-time platform, Mobile and Cloud.

•Regular short-term (1 week) business trips (Europe, CIS)


You are the right person for this job if you bring in the following:

•BS, MS university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering

•You have excellent programming skills in one of the major languages e.g. ABAP, Java, C, C , SQL

•OR excellent DB knowledge e.g. HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, DB6, MS SQL, Sybase ASE,

•experience of support or implementation of ERP systems.

•Good communication skills and strong business acumen

•Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated

•Fast learner with analytic thinking and problem solving capabilities

•Ability to handle multiple project in an ambidextrous way

•Good Team player and ability to lead a team on Projects

•English: Upper Intermediate

•Russian: native speaker


•3 years of experience with programming, analysis, implementation or support complex SAP landscapes

•Project delivery, Customer support experience
