Job Summary This person will help manage our internal social/digital platform and other communication channels, as part of our Accenture Health & Public Service (H&PS) internal and executive communications team. In H&PS we do work that matters and we are responsible for Accenture’s services globally to healthcare providers and health plans, as well as services to government and public-sector clients in the defense, revenue, human services, public health, postal, justice and public safety sectors.

As a member of the H&PS Internal Communications Team, this person will be responsible for managing the delivery and promotion of H&PS internal communication initiatives across existing and new vehicles – with a focus on digital/social media. The candidate must be a strong and skilled writer, creative thinker, and be technologically savvy to manage our internal social media presence, communication distribution, internal website and other digital channels. The candidate will also work with senior sales personnel to promote client wins, and with marketing colleagues to advise on digital/social best practices and internal communications guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Help drive our H&PS internal communication program to increase H&PS employee engagement and understanding of our H&PS strategy and priorities.

Promote H&PS internal communication initiatives via online collaboration tools, social media and the internal H&PS website.

Execute and coordinate the distribution of H&PS communications.

Help with H&PS’s move to the new internal communications digital platform.

Track metrics to assess effectiveness of communication programs and initiatives. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, marketing or public relations Marketing and Communication professional with a passion for social media and employee communications Strong expertise and experience in digital/social communications and content management Excellent writer and creative thinker Experience with interactive communications, community building, smart targeting and influence building on social media Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills; graphic design skills a plus Professional Skills:
