We are proud to offer a contract opportunity to work as a HR Assistant Specialist/ Business Conduct and Compliance Associate in Santa Clara Valley, CA. Order and document third party background screening reports in compliance system. Communicate and correspond with 25 individuals from external teams who provide entities for screening. Providing status updates to various teams (approved, escalated, etc.) upon completion of the report. Help with escalations from regional teams- this may include additional investigation, research, follow up with external teams, etc. Manage tickets for the compliance system when issues arise. Manage UAT testing for new system features. Manage communication with external teams and IS&T to work to resolve system issues, test fixes for issues, and use the ticketing system. System reporting using Excel and working with data. Manage content in 19 languages on a content management system.
Required & Desired Skills:
Experience with fast paced, notable high-tech (enterprise level) companies. Proven experience with an emphasis on document review & systems experience. Strong analytical skills Good at prioritization 2 - 5 years experience, will accept entry level if candidate is highly qualified. A good attitude, team player, drive, passion, and curiosity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously Deadline driven, flexible, and high level of attention to detail Knowledge/expertise with Excel and working with large volumes of data Familiarity working with systems and reporting Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
