In this position you will urgently handle sensitive, strategic and highly visible customer care issues independently with the ability to present final resolution to the customer and executive management. Communicate with diverse groups of people at all management levels within a fast-paced, global organization. Provide superior professional customer care in situations that require extra attention and for issues that have been escalated to top level management in the organization. Collect and analyze sensitive and confidential data. Explore areas of opportunity as it relates intern and external processes to develop cost saving opportunities. Prepare and develop a presentation to report data accurately to identify issues with quality, service and processes. Provide analytical and specialized support to assist with projects and/or initiatives. Must be customer focused an analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize and make informed decisions independently. The candidate must be well versed in the usage of MS Excel and Power Point, while also understanding how DGF operating platforms interface with the integrated platforms. This position requires: Typically BS/BA in a related field and 2 to 5 years experience or an MS and 1 to 3 years experience Microsoft Office Products, (Excel & Word) Liaison between business products, back office, and sales teams in order to achieve maximum results based on agreement made between company and customer Develop and maintain SOP’s to be used at District offices to achieve customer requirements Train and follow up with District Offices to assure contract requirements are being followed Exceptional communication skills DHL Global Forwarding is an equal opportunity employer.
