Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls from customers

  • Respond to inquiries and questions quickly and with care

  • Route calls to the appropriate sales team or branch

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments


Must have strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. A successful Call Center Customer Service Representative will possess the following:

In addition, the following experiences/competencies are preferred:

• knowledge of call center telephony and technology
