NHS is currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our NHS Adult Residential division in our Secane, PA location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  • Manage a large moderate care CRR program for adults with behavioral health problems living in an apartment setting.

  • Recovery orientated and willing to partner with residents to reach their goals as well as supervising staff of 6 to do the same.

  • Maintain a safe environment that complies with the licensing regulations, conduct quarterly PQI audits, maintain medications for residents, participate in training, monthly staff supervision, monthly resident meetings, interacti with other NHS departments and outside providers on behalf of the residents and maintain a relationship with the apartment complex management.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, Master's preferred.

  • Three years experience working in adult residential programs with one year experience as a supervisor.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.


  • Monday to Friday 9-5 some weekends


  • $45,000; Full Time with Benefits
