Job Description

Customer Care Sales Consultant position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Competitive compensation package includes:

  • Full benefits package

  • No outbound sales calls

  • $11hr.

  • $500-$1000 incentive opportunity monthly

  • Example: Representative successfully schedules the customer for a health appointment (annual wellness, check-up,etc.), the representative earns $5.00. Each representative will earn $5.00 for every customer they schedule

  • Pay for Performance

  • Up to $2.00hr. additional

  • $650 Sign On Bonus

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers using outbound calling technology.

  • Actively participate in ongoing training and compliance to all state rules and regulations.

  • Ensure accuracy of information collected.

  • May need to follow-up and encourage customers to send back required documentation.

  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

  • Place and/or receive customer inquiries that may require deviation from a script or sales flow process.

  • Conduct effective consultative selling by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the customer’s needs, resulting in closed sales as well as increased customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training.

  • Comply with all do-not-call and insurance regulatory standards.Education & Professional Certifications: High school diploma or GEDEnvironment, Physical & Other Requirements: ** Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary.
