  • Responsible for the management of Sales Support teams for both Credit Card & Unsecured Personal Loan and Cards CSR at branches

  • Responsible for the day-to-day credit card sales process and operations x-china

  • Ensure sales activities and operations are in adherence with banking regulations and established policies

  • Design and implement sales control measures to ensure sales officers are complying with compliance guidelines

  • Work with risk management and credit initiation to improve on cancelled and rejected volume

  • Review on application conversion and approval rate

  • Responsible for the sales training programs

  • Monthly sales incentive calculation

  • Analyze effectiveness on sales incentive MIS

  • Prepare MIS and conduct monthly sales performance

  • Establish, maintain and manage the good relationship with customers and ensure customer’s complaints are handled within the turnaround time



  • High Integrity

  • University graduate or above, over 5 years working experience in banking or financial industry

  • Experienced in managing a sizable team and good at motivating and managing team

  • Obtain P&L responsibility in previous career

  • A strategic thinker but not a pure executor who can start up business from green field

  • Strong customer focus, financial knowledge and experience

  • Sociable individual with strong networking stills

  • Analytical and possess great drive in meeting objectives
