SAP Business One (B1) is an affordable ERP solution targeting small enterprises worldwide. B1 is the top selling ERP product in SAP with more than 50,000 customers in 100 countries.

The global B1 Development and Support (B1 Dev & Support) organization, with its head based in Shanghai, is a global organization with significant presence in China. The B1 release team, is responsible for global program management of key B1 development projects, promoting globally-consistent employee engagement, and providing inputs to senior management team on strategy formation.

The Program Management Intern role is part of the B1 release team. The primary responsibility of the role is to assist program leads with various administrative tasks such as system/tools data entry and maintenance as well as regular/ad-hoc data analysis and reports


Support knowledge management and assist in tool data entry/maintenance as well as data analysis/reports and other administrative tasks as required


Key requirements are:

  • Candidates from a reputable university

  • Very good English (both written and verbal)

  • Basic concept of software development process and/or Project management

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
