This position is located in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Office Management (OM), located in Silver Spring, Maryland.

If selected for this position, you will:
- Process daily transactions and perform collections-related activities to comply with the requirements of the Office of User Fee Collections and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2012 and collect, review and accurately analyze complex data which can be utilized to improve the delivery of user fee services and daily activities.
- Prepare and present reports of findings and recommendations, considering factors such as actual accomplishments versus established goals, adequacy of existing versus new program plans with milestones, timetables, audit trails and evaluation procedures; requirements and cost incurred in the conduct of the program.
- Work with the Division of User Fee Management and Budget formulation colleagues and affiliates on general administrative matters, utilizing resources, policies and program documentation to respond to collections-related inquiries to verify information conveyed to the agency partners and the industry complies with statutory requirements.

In order to qualify for Management Analyst, GS-0343-09/11, you must meet the following:
A. Have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal Service that includes experience analyzes data in order to make comparisons and draw conclusions, OR
B. Have two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent degree in a field directly related to the position, OR
C. Have a combination of experience and education as described in A and B above.
A. Have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service that includes experience analyzing and evaluating management practices and administrative operations of an office , OR
B. Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree, OR
C. Have a combination of experience and education as described in A and B above.
