This position is located in in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Office Management (OM) in Silver Spring, Maryland.

If selected for this position, you will:
- Analyze and evaluate management practices and methods, administrative operations of the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments Program mission, operations and activities. Pinpoints and probes issues, problems, and challenges facing the organization.
- Apply the principles of project management using statistical tables and applicable assessment tools to assess the effectiveness of the organizational design. Advise program leadership on policies, procedures and actions to be taken to accomplish work in accordance with established guidelines.
- Work with the Division of User Fee Management and Budget Formulation colleagues and affiliates on general administrative matters, utilizing resources, policies and program documentation to respond to collections-related inquiries to verify information conveyed to the agency partners and the industry complies with statutory requirements.

In order to qualify for the Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12, you must meet the following:
Have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service, that includes analyzing and evaluating findings and recommending more efficient, effective and economical ways to meet workloads and program goals.
