The APJ Sales Program Director’s objective is to be a regional champion for Franchise4Success, particularly GTM and to identify, develop and lead Growth initiatives. S/he will also lead the team’s communication workstream and global M&A initiatives.

S/he will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering a) strategic initiatives and b) sales programs with multiple inter-related projects within a given business strategy to the desired program results. The Program Director has the qualification to project manage programs throughout their lifecycle. S/he is responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the program, for identifying key resources and providing the direction they require in order to meet program objectives.


  • Develop strategic growth initiatives and project manage them to execution

  • Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities to execution

  • Conduct project planning activities and project manage the execution of projects according to plan (Opportunity Management, Initiating to closing…)

  • Define strategic objectives of programs, benefits realizations plans of large programs including KPIs to deliver

  • Work closely with the Program Sponsors to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery.

  • Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.

  • Executive level presentations

  • Lead Team’s communication workstream to position team’s value to SET and to provide direction to the Strategy & Operations Team

  • Lead & project manage Global M&A & Strategic initiatives


  • 12 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Sales, Pre Sales or consulting or product management preferably in a product area, preferably with PMP certification

  • Proven track record of success (pre sales or consulting) in driving solution programs.

  • Knowledge of the SAP organization and product portfolio.

  • A self starter, with passion and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals in global, regional and local teams.

  • A consensus-builder and capable of utilizing his/her strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, facilitation and writing skills to successfully interact with SAP stakeholders.


  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed deadlines and a track record of achieving personal targets.

  • Knowledge of the SAP product portfolio and product availability in APJ markets.

  • Solution expertise in key SAP solutions with globalization requirements
