About the Job
The Senior Manager of Seller Enablement is accountable for driving supplier relationships and transactions on the Ariba Network in ASEAN and will have a team of managers, individual contributors, and partners from third parties on his/her team, all focused on providing great customer service to our suppliers on the Ariba Network. It is the responsibility of this Senior Manager to lead a team that is responsible for driving revenue growth and member expansion on the Ariba Network by effectively selling the value of automated collaborative commerce to Ariba suppliers, and providing the suppliers with excellent customer service, functional guidance, and education. The Senior Manager will also oversee a team of data analysts responsible for the reporting supplier outreach results to implementation teams and customers. Some of the goals of the supplier enablement team are to:
Create an excellent customer experience for Ariba Suppliers through demonstration of value and efficiently guiding them to create connections with their customers on the Ariba Network.
Ensure a strong focus on increasing the number of transacting relationships in order to achieve the customers’ business case and drive revenue growth.
Provide accurate, meaningful reports that aid in strategic program decisions, identify risk, and track progress towards business case.
Performance management and people leadership.
Forecasting, capacity, and cost management for the ASEAN enablement team.
Driving the team to attainment of goals and KPIs.
Partnering with Sales and Marketing and the Buyer Enablement teams to ensure consistent value messaging of all Ariba Network solution offerings and supplier enablement best practices.Gets involved in pre-sales work with prospective customers as needed.
Innovating with your teams on new, better delivery methods in changing business environments.
Maintaining outstanding peer relations with other Operations Managers, Sales Executives, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support.
Improving processes, quality and encouraging continuous improvement.
