Primary Job Responsibilities:

Role PurposeTo provide the structure, processes and enablers to support the APAC Regional Marketing Team in executing with excellence and to lead key strategic projects and manage key global relationships for the Vice President of APAC Marketing.

Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for creating and managing the operating rhythm for the Regional Marketing team
  • Responsible for leading and managing strategic planning processes for APAC Marketing
  • Creation and Management of communication platforms for the regional leadership of the APAC Marketing team
  • Responsible for identification and removal of execution barriers and inhibitors for the team
  • Responsible for the team calendar of events and meetings
  • Responsible for preparation for reporting and presentations with Senior Leadership in regards to the performance of the APAC Marketing Team


  • Responsible for leading key strategic initiatives for the APAC Marketing team as they occur
  • Leadership of the Cross Border Trade Marketing Initiative for the APAC Region
  • Accountable for key relationships with Global Marketing & Regional teams for PayPal


  • Participating Member of the AU Marketing Credit Working Committee (as regional representative)
  • Responsible for ownership of Compliance Obligations for APAC Marketing
  • Ownership and Management of the Regional Service Provider (3PL) Obligations for the individual markets within APAC
  • Management and ownership of Business Risk Registers and application of risk management processes

Key Skills and Experience

  • Business / Commerce/Marketing Degree Qualified
  • 15+ Years Experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management
  • 10+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Gets stuff done in a highly efficient and effective way
  • Outstanding communications skills – written and verbal
