Scope of responsibilities – AVP Affluent Segment Marketing

  • Work with Segment Marketing Head on brand building, marketing and acquisition strategy for the Affluent and Super Affluent segments; and create robust tracking, and in depth analysis of the same.

  • Create, develop and run through-the-line campaigns for bank-wide and segment promotions and activities to drive KPIS such as brand awareness, SOV and engagement.

  • Create a suite of marketing communications and collaterals, ATL, BTL and digital, for ongoing engagement, which are relevant at different stages of customer relationship with the bank.

  • Digital & Social Media knowledge is crucial, must have experience in use of these platforms for branding, engagement and acquisition purposes; with strong tracking and analysis capabilities. Good understanding of the trends and innovations within the digital and social media platforms.

  • Run online acquisition campaigns, with day-to-day and weekly tracking as required, and analyze results working closely with agency and digital marketing team to optimize online buys for improved results.

  • Manage agency relationships, and drive agency interaction on all campaigns for the segment, commencing from briefing all the way through to production and execution.

  • Independent and highly resourceful. Work closely with Product Managers and other Marketing team members to :

  • Create and run campaigns, fully supporting Segments’ marketing needs

  • Closely track, analyze and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track, to identify the problems/issues and recommend solutions to rectify them

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure quality output with effective execution of all marketing campaigns and materials

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and audit requirements for all pieces of work covered by staff and team.

  • Lead projects and campaigns that may involve teamwork across marketing team segments, guide task-force members if any, on required work scope and deliverables, and manage the projects from start to end, ensuring successful implementation

Qualifications Required

  • 8 - 10 years of experience working in the marketing industry

  • 2 - 4 years of financial services experience preferred
